Notre Dame Plaze | 52,000 sq. ft. | $8.2M

This project was a new build commercial retail development. We worked extensively with the consulting group on the coordination to ensure the two-storey building was completed on time and within budget. To ensure this project’s success, all team members relied on collaborative construction to tackle the unforeseen challenges as they arose. Read more.

Destination Honda | 47,000 sq. ft. | $7.2M

The scope of the project consisted of the removal of all interior fixtures, fittings, walls and sections of the concrete slab on grade, and a relocation of one entire 260 foot column line to expand the width of the open service bay area - this prompted seismic reinforcement of the perimeter masonry walls. Sulphur slopes visitor pavilion | 4,000 sq. ft. | $2.2M

This design build project is situated on a UNESCO World Heritage site which contains protected cultural resources. Management of the impact on the sensitive thermal spring environment - which is a habitat for the endangered Banff Springs Snail - was critical. Read more.
