This design-build project included the renewal of the historic Scotiabank Building on Stephen's Avenue in downtown Calgary.
Our work was delivered in collaboration with the heritage board given the exceedingly rare nature of the space. The extensive renovations saw us adding mezzanines, sprinklers, new mechanical, and new electrical to the space and undertaking hazardous material abatement as required. The former bank was repurposed into a high-end European pub and is the only one of its kind in the Prairies.
This project is a shining example of traditional interior design with the renovations helping to restore the space to its former glory.
