When complete, the 29,000 sq. ft. mass timber National Centre for Indigenous Law at the University of Victoria will feature public lecture theatres, faculty offices, classrooms, meeting spaces, a sky classroom, a 150-seat lecture hall, an Elder's room, and ventilation designed to accommodate smudging ceremonies. 

The new three-story, 11,000 sq. ft. Child and Family Centre will serve an additional 3,000 families and children with short-term housing for children under eight and family suppor resources. The facility consists of an intake and community support centre, a protected crisis nursery, and more.

The 12-storey 11,400 SunRise tower will be transformed into a modern, afforable, and environmentally sustainable mixed-use building. Our team will complete upgrades to the interior and exterior of the building and install the largest vertical array of solar panels in Canada.
