Our team assisted a T&T Supermarket rollout from Alberta to Ontario. Each location had custom needs such as complete demolition and rebuild of interiors, mechanical and electrical upgrades, or occupied space renovation. 

The three block, 48-unit affordable housing develpment in partnership with Kindred Works will also host a community garden space. 

The 48,000 sq. ft. building will include a new state-of-the-art indoor training building with apparatus bays and support areas, a 1.6 acre outdoor training area, head quarters, and four double bay fire halls.
