Our latest Special Services project involves expanding a manufacturing facility into a space that will produce 40,000,000 surgical masks to frontline workers and meet the growing demand for protective gear needed in the battle against COVID-19.
Breathe Medical Manufacturing is a 30,000 sq. ft. structure - based in Kelowna, BC - will begin shipping its first orders by June and will also develop enhanced product lines and medical supplies.
"We're proud to be part of this effort," said Jason Towers, vice president and district manager, Red Deer and Kelowna. "Helping a Canadian manufacturing company expand its facilities so that they can provide masks for our nurses, factory workers and all frontline personnel, will ensure safety and support the transition of our businesses getting back to 'normal.' This type of work aligns with our values and strengthens our commitment to our communities."
Area Development magazine also posted an article about the initiative and our involvement.
