We completed this vertical office expansion in downtown Red Deer by using a construction management process.
Our team provided many initial logistical solutions to achieve the overall project schedule and facilitate effective mobilization.
This project required us to complete work without impacting the business activities of other tenants. A full hoisting analysis was also performed during preconstruction to determine the tower crane's feasibility for the duration of the project.
We also added LED lighting to the building exterior that changes colour and is fully controlled through a building maintenance system.
Through collaboration, we were involved in design development and contributed to maintaining initial budget targets. This project was completed on schedule and under budget.
