The work for this four storey condominium included excavation; envelope and shell and basic installation. Through our construction management services, we coordinated the labour, materials and scheduling of this project.
The building will include 38 units and a 49 stall underground parkade. The parking area is made up of cast in place concrete; the living spaces include a combination of cast in place concrete; the elevator, stairwell, hallways include structural steel stud; andand we used conventional structural steel frame work to accommodate the cantilevered balconies.
