GoIn Fuel Gas and Convenience

In partnership with the Chippewas of Georgina Island First Nation, our Toronto team delivered a new fuel and retail complex through Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).

The project includes a full-service gas station and a 16,000 sq. ft. retail building which features a cafe, retail hub, and a section dedicated to local crafts and products. Designed to serve Georgina Island First Nation and surrounding communities, the development brings essential services closer to home while supporting local economic growth.

Construction included hard and soft landscaping, a stormwater management pond, an electric vehicle charging station, and installation of well and septic systems. The team overcame remote coordination and weather delays by staying focused and working closely with partners to deliver the project successfully.
