The Botanica is a luxury multi-phase condominium development located in the heart of St. Albert overlooking the Sturgeon River. It represents a unique living opportunity and is the city’s most successful condo development.
The client relied on our design-build experience to successfully construct a premier and high-profile condominium while staying within budget.
As a result of our exceptional performance on Phase I of the complex, we were also awarded Phase II which was completed in 2020.
The first phase totaled 280,000 sq. ft. and included a three-storey, cast-in-place underground parkade with six storeys of load-bearing steel studs on top and a total of 121 luxury units. The 10-storey Phase 2 building is slightly larger at 343,000 sq. ft and mostly comprised of cast-in-place concrete. The two buildings are connected by a sustainable greenhouse feature.
