This project involved renovating more than 29,000 sq. ft. of interior space in one building of NAIT’s Patricia Campus as well as two buildings in Parkwest Business Park.
All tenant improvements included general mechanical and electrical upgrades and the build of learning spaces and labs. Our team managed the site successfully by implementing Lean tools and initiatives – such as Just In Time Deliveries – where all tools, materials, and long lead items were strategically delivered to site on a “as-required” basis. This helped us navigate through the limited laydown space and allowed us to efficiently handle materials.
