This design-build facility is the new home for the Okotoks RCMP Detachment, Bylaw Services and Fire Services.
The structure is certified LEED Gold and has been designed to accommodate future expansion. Some of the green features of the building include an energy efficient building envelope; a green roof; water retention tanks and a high energy efficiency electrical and mechanical system.
