The first phase of ATCO Electric included approximately 220,000 cubic meters of excavation and disposal of excess soil material, grading and underground services, asphalt, paving, concrete curbs, sidewalks and fences. It also included the renovation and construction of a single-story, metal-frame building.
The second phase consisted of building the foundation and steel frame for an additional 20,000 sq. ft. of space, and landscape work.
Upon completion, the building was used as an office, service centre and shop.
