This design build project included cast-in-place concrete and an innovative design.
This project was the first to achieve the LEED Silver designation in Edmonton and played a key role in us earning an award in environmental excellence from Alberta’s Minister of Environment.
We have gone on to become leaders in green construction using this project as a template. We also adopted waste diversion principles on many projects since, and it became part of our standard operating procedures.
