We successfully completed this 97,000 sq. ft., new-build car dealership on schedule and within budget through a collaborative construction management delivery method.
The project was sequentially tendered to ensure the schedule would be adhered to and critical path items such as piling and structural steel were procured well in advance. The client was extremely pleased with our performance and praised our team, stating that we “delivered on all expectations” and our superintendent going “beyond the expected parameters of his job.”
