Chandos has worked with Earls Restaurants nationally for over 10 years and has earned the distinction of being their contractor of choice.
These national special services group (SSG) projects are fast-tracked with a 24/7 schedule that is extremely tight and time sensitive so that we have a minimal impact on the revenue stream of the restaurants.
One challenge that came up during construction was a major structural design issue that delayed the project by three weeks. Our team worked hard with the trades to complete everything on time and within the six month original schedule and we were able to hand the restaurant over to a very happy client.
We have now completed over forty projects for Earls. Their main operations, design and construction staff have asked our team to provide them with a post mortem and detailed schedule that they can use as a standard on other locations they complete.
