MAPLEWOOD FIRE AND RESCUE CENTRE
The 48,000 sq. ft. building will include a new state-of-the-art indoor training building with apparatus bays and support areas, a 1.6 acre outdoor training area, head quarters, and four double bay fire halls.
NEW INDIGENOUS LAW WING
The 29,000 sq. ft. National Centre for Indigenous Law Building will be the first in Canada to study Canadian common law and Indigenous legal orders. The mass timber facility will include public lecture theaters. offices, classrooms, and more.
EA SPORTS
Our team collaborated with EA Sports and Colliers to enhance the 21,000 sq. ft. existing masonry wall. The project was completed in three phases to mitigate impacts on occupants and the work included recladding the masonry wall, parapet walls, and interior feature walls.
SVANTE
Our team is currently building a 141,000 sq. ft. carbon capture research and manufacturing facility for Svante. The building is undergoing redevelopment and expansion and will feature a new research and development lab, office spaces, and a warehouse space.
