College of the Rockies Student Housing
This project proved that sustainable methods of building are possible. The five cottage-style dorms were designed to meet Passive House Canada standards, a first in the country for this project type.
OKIB Cultural Immersion School
This new single-storey 26,200 sq. ft. OKIB Cultural Immersion School consists of 12 classrooms, a library and drumming space, a kitchen and cafeteria, a gymnasium, offices, and outdoor spaces.
