We partnered with the Petrie Island Canoe Club in Ottawa, Ontario, to deliver their first ever boat house. The 3,000 sq. ft. storage facility will serve paddlers in the surrounding community from all skill levels, including toddlers all the way through to Olympians.
Due to the proximity to the Ottawa River, the National Special Services Group team applied Lean construction principles to continually dewater the site in a cost effective and time saving manner. Additionally, the team used pull planning and an eight week look ahead system to deliver the project in under four months.
