Through a collaborative construction approach, we completed this tenant improvement project for the Alberta Energy Regulator in Red Deer. The work was delivered under full occupancy, requiring careful coordination to avoid disrupting day‑to‑day operations.
The Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) tenant improvement included new interior walls and flooring, along with updated office partitions and furnishings to support evolving workplace needs. The space also required integration with AER’s specialty data controls and SuperNet capabilities, which meant building and connecting secure, purpose‑specific areas within the occupied office environment.
During construction, our team worked closely with the client to sequence the work efficiently and maintain uninterrupted access for staff. Chandos’ National Special Services Group (SSG) led the delivery, bringing experience working in operational facilities with heightened technical and security requirements.
The project was completed on time and on budget, meeting the client’s functional, technical, and operational needs while maintaining business continuity throughout construction.
