Using integrated project delivery, our team partnered with the City of Kamloops to renew the Canada Games Aquatic Centre by upgrading major building systems, modernizing amenities, and improving accessibility, finishing ahead of schedule and under budget despite pandemic‑related challenges.
OKIB Cultural Immersion School
Delivered collaboratively with the Okanagan Indian Band, this 26,200 sq. ft. wood‑frame school was designed with Elders to support Sqilxw language, cultural learning, and K–7 education through new classrooms, a gym, cultural spaces, and outdoor amenities.
SHARE Housing Initiative
Delivered through a collaborative construction management approach, this 39‑unit affordable‑housing project brought together partners to meet Energy Step Code 4 and overcome site, budget, and access challenges through innovative planning and local trade support.
