This seniors supportive living facility remained fully operational while renovations were made to its 53 units and common area. Prior to starting the renovations on the existing building, our team strategically completed the construction and occupied the adjoining wing, housing 19 new dwelling units.
Once construction of the new was complete, our team assisted the residents in relocating and utilized the newly unoccupied units in the existing facility as swing space. This approach allowed our team to strategically preform work without disruption.
