Good Samaritan Stony Plain Care Centre is a 126-unit seniors continuing care facility built for the Good Samaritan Society in Stony Plain, Alberta. The two-storey wood- and steel-frame building includes administration space, a daycare, and housing that supports the needs of the local community.
The project was delivered using a collaborative construction management approach, with the design developed alongside the client throughout the planning process. During preconstruction, our team facilitated budgeting, planning, and project coordination activities to support decision-making and maintain alignment with project objectives.

Through a collaborative budgeting strategy, we identified cost-saving opportunities and helped manage project costs throughout development. This early engagement and phased construction approach supported the delivery of a seniors care facility that provides essential services and accommodations for residents and the surrounding community.
