Collaboration and community shape everything we build.

From early planning through client engagement, we create environments where owners, designers, builders, and trade partners work with openness and shared purpose. We value transparency and meaningful partnerships with the communities we serve, ensuring our projects deliver lasting impact for clients and the people who use them.

Collaborative construction

Our approach brings teams together early to understand the project, talk through challenges, and shape solutions that add clarity and value. As construction moves forward, communication stays open, so everyone has the context they need and the project stays on track.

We take the same mindset into the communities around our work. Local hiring, inclusive procurement, and partnerships with social enterprises help each project reflect local priorities and create benefits that last beyond the build.

Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)

IPD is built around shared purpose and early engagement. Owners, designers, contractors, and trade partners come together at the beginning of a project to build alignment, identify issues sooner, and create solutions as a team.

This integrated environment encourages open discussion, reduces waste, and supports innovation. When everyone is invested in the same goals and working from the same information, projects become more efficient, more predictable, and more enjoyable for everyone involved.

Progressive Design-Build (PDB)

PDB brings the owner, designer, and builder together early to shape the project with clarity and confidence. By finalizing design and budget up front, it sets the stage for a smooth, predictable construction process that provides certainty of outcome for owners.
