This commerical property was built using collaborative construction management which allowed us to optimize cost, quality, and the schedule.
The project included a seven building retail development designed and constructed to demand premium rents from the tenants. The space consisted of a bank, several fast food tenants, a health care facility, a fitness studio, and an anchor restaurant.
