We delivered this vertical office expansion in downtown Red Deer using a construction management approach.
We provided several early logistical solutions to keep the project on schedule and streamline mobilization. The work had to be completed without disrupting other tenants, so our team planned the sequencing carefully. During preconstruction, we also performed a full hoisting analysis to confirm the feasibility of using a tower crane for the duration of the project.
We added colour‑changing LED lighting to the building exterior, fully controlled through the building maintenance system. Through a collaborative approach, we supported the design development and helped keep the project aligned with the initial budget. The project finished on schedule and under budget.
