Browns Socialhouse

Our national special services group (SSG) completed two restaurants for this client – both located in Calgary.

The first Browns restaurant was located in Mount Royal Village, a vibrant community hub. This meant that coordination with property management and neighboring tenants was a daily necessity as we wanted to ensure that construction did not disrupt the operations of adjacent businesses.

The work for this project consisted of a complete interior space renovation. Driven by a variety of unique and aesthetically pleasing finishes and features, the design included distinguished and stimulating spaces. The unique millwork ceiling, tiled walls, copper panel finishes, reclaimed wood, and antique mirrors add to the memorable atmosphere. Without compromise on quality, it was the third fastest Browns Socialhouse ever constructed.

The second Browns restaurant we built was located in Northeast Calgary and included: a tenant improvement with unique millwork ceiling, tiled walls, copper panel finishes, reclaimed wood, and antique mirrors. Careful coordination with the designers was paramount and our project team came together to deliver this project ahead of schedule.
