Stringent safety protocols
Safety measures are embedded in our workflows from the very beginning. Every project starts with a site-specific hazard assessment, supported by codes of practice and procedures that guide on-site decision-making. Each site team holds daily site inspections, walkabouts, and weekly safety meetings.
Comprehensive training
Our team is equipped with the knowledge and readiness to maintain safe sites. From onboarding orientations to regular toolbox talks, safety is reinforced at every stage. Trades, partners, and clients also undergo training to ensure everyone understands how to take appropriate safety precautions.
Proactive mindset
We continually monitor and enhance our safety practices to stay ahead of potential risks. We stay ahead by conducting regular audits and updates to ensure our safety protocols remain current and effective. Through strong partnerships with safety experts, we continuously enhance our systems and practices.
WHY WE DO IT
The construction industry is consistently one of Canada’s most dangerous industries to work in. That’s why, for us, safety is intertwined in everything we do.
We handed out hard hat decals across our job sites for people to write down their reason to work safe. It could be a name, a reminder, or a personal why. “Be Safe. They Count On You.” is more than a slogan. It’s a reminder that every decision we make on site reaches beyond ourselves. It affects our coworkers, families, friends, and the communities around us.
