In Orillia, Ontario, our team has partnered with Kindred Works to build a project that is climate-safe and designed for the 2050 climate. The Regent Park development introduces 48 new one- and two-bedroom rental homes, each with its own entrance and designed to maximize daylight, access to fresh air, and cross-ventilation. The project includes a community garden and outdoor gathering spaces while maintaining an area of mature trees.
