Recreational Facilities
building modern sports and recreation facilities that your community can rely on
Across Canada, many sports and recreation facilities are facing increasing pressure to meet current accessibility, energy-efficiency, and program needs. Communities are exploring modern facility solutions that serve year-round public use and respond to the evolving needs of diverse user groups.
Upgrading or replacing a sports and recreation facility is a major investment. Our teams have delivered stadium, recreation, and multiplex projects across a wide range of scales, and we understand the responsibility public owners carry when making decisions for their community. When project partners align early, we can address technical challenges sooner and maintain clear communication, delivering predictable outcomes from start to finish.

SFU Stadium Upgrades
Focused on enhancing the game-day experience, this project upgraded SFU Stadium with new seating, amenities, and a custom CLT canopy designed to optimize sightlines. Improvements were delivered within an active sports campus environment, while maintaining access for athletics, events, and large-scale competitions.
Confederation Leisure Centre and Arena
Serving as a hub for aquatics, ice sports, and fitness, we refreshed a long-standing community recreation facility through targeted upgrades. Specialized improvements enhanced performance and reliability while reducing impacts on public programming and scheduled events.
EA Sports
Our team modernized a feature wall at the Canadian headquarters of EA Sports in Burnaby, B.C., reinforcing the brand’s high-performance identity. Phased delivery and lean construction methods ensured the upgrades were completed safely without interrupting operations.
