The new three-story, 11,000 sq. ft. Child and Family Centre will serve an additional 3,000 families and children with short-term housing for children under eight and family suppor resources. The facility consists of an intake and community support centre, a protected crisis nursery, and more.

Our national special services group (SSG) have partnered with Canadian restaurant chain, The Keg, to complete a national brand rollout. Each location received interior and exterior upgrades including fresh paint, updated flooring, furniture reupholstering, and new countertops.

The new 70,000 sq. ft. Taza Park Water Reservoir will serve the surrounding mixed-use community and entertainment area. The project features a self-performed concrete pour for the entirety of the reservoir. In 2020, the building design received a Canadian Architect Award of Excellence.
