We completed a sustainable energy retrofit to this facility using an integrated design-build methodology. This allowed us to align the goals of the team members with those of the client. In doing so, traditional barriers were broken down and significant waste was eliminated.
New mechanical and electrical systems were installed in a phased manner while the facility was operational so that research was not disrupted. Numerous space utilization improvements were also incorporated.
Construction on the facility was delivered using a collaborative construction management process that allowed us to optimize cost, schedule, and quality while causing little to no disruption in daily business.Back to projects
